Description
Released exclusively on the long since discontinued and deleted formats of VHS and LaserDisc, the following is a NEW REMASTER in Dolby Digital 2.0 Stereo Sound for the first time! This concert is so completely rare that not only was it not released in America in ANY format but it was never even released anywhere in the world except for Japan!
This REMASTERED DVD is sourced directly from the original high quality Japan imported LaserDisc and remastered to DVD for the first time ever! Quality is unmatched as it transferred from the long since deleted LaserDisc Master from nearly 40 years ago.
Background: This concert was released exclusively in Japan in the format of VHS and Laserdisc. The original Japanese release of the LaserDisc was sourced for the REMASTERING of this DVD. Still to this day, this vintage concert has NEVER been officially released in ANY COUNTRY on DVD using our unique remastering process until NOW! So here, offered in the best possible quality, in Dolby Digital 2.0 Stereo sound REMASTERED from LaserDisc to DVD for all you Bon Jovi and hard rock fans and collectors out there!
Description: An excellent footage of the 80′ and an AOR classic for sure (this sound like early Bon Jovi, Surgin, Frankie and the knockouts etc.). Featuring “Hardest Part is the Night”, this is the period of Bon Jovi. The first two albums encapsulated in this extremely rare feature-length live concert performance in Japan LIVE along with some improvisations from the band if you watch closely.
Please note: There has been released an unofficial double vinyl and CD editions of this concert with substandard audio. This soundtrack of the original LaserDisc is FAR Superior as it is featured in CX encoded analogue. This means that the original LaserDisc version doesn’t have a digital soundtrack but it STILL the best audio version of this concert and has since been upgraded to Dolby Digital 2.0 Stereo specifically for this MVR release as a part of the “Remasters: LaserDisc To DVD” Series that is only available here at MVR.
DVD Menu divides content as “Side 1” and “Side 2” to mimic the content style of the original LaserDisc
