Fabien Desse –
I purchased this item because it’s impossible to access/download this series any other way outside the U.S. I was so happy to find this site… but I have to say I wasn’t sure the quality would be OK. In fact, I didn’t know what to expect at all!
I live in the U.K. and it often takes quite a while for anything mailed only 20 miles away to get to my mailbox, so I was incredibly surprised when I received the DVDs (shipped from NYC) in no time. I opened the package and all the DVDs were there, in simple but sturdy and clean cases. The artwork on the DVDs was, similarly, simple and clean. I already had a very good impression. They came with a personalized letter and a list of other available DVD Collections. The communication with the team of MVR had been top notch right from the start, so it was just another nice touch.
As for the DVDs themselves, they are complete, and of very high quality (sound and image) and I can’t say “thank you” enough to MVR for supplying me with this series I was dying to watch, and to have excellent customer service and speedy delivery. If only other (big and famous) companies were as efficient and professional!
