Description
Released worldwide on VHS between 1981 and 1994 in various countries, this rare live concert was first issued on LaserDisc in 1983 in the United Kingdom and Japan. The LaserDisc was later reissued exclusively in Japan on November 25, 1987, featuring Digital Mastering as part of the LaserDisc Digital Selection series, before receiving a third Japanese LaserDisc release in 1990. Despite these multiple home video releases, this historic Kate Bush concert has NEVER been officially released on DVD until NOW!
Background: This 2026 REMASTERED DVD has been sourced directly from the high-quality second Japanese LaserDisc pressing issued in 1987. Unlike the earlier LaserDisc edition, this sought-after reissue features Digital Mastering as part of Pioneer Japan’s prestigious LaserDisc Digital Selection series, delivering superior audio quality while preserving the original concert presentation. Carefully transferred from this long-deleted LaserDisc release issued nearly FORTY YEARS AGO, this remaster represents the finest source ever available for this classic performance. The result is a presentation that surpasses every VHS edition and remains the highest-quality version of this vintage Kate Bush concert.
Having never received an official DVD release anywhere in the world, this remarkable performance is finally available for the very first time on DVD—making it an essential addition to every Kate Bush fan’s and serious music collector’s library.
