Description
Released exclusively on the long since discontinued and deleted formats of VHS in the UK and LaserDisc in Japan only. The following collection has NEVER been released in the USA or Canada. Here for the first time anywhere, MVR offers this music video collection and exclusive interview on DVD!
This REMASTERED DVD is sourced directly from the original high quality LaserDisc to DVD for the first time ever! Quality is unmatched as it transferred from the long since deleted crazy rare Japanese only LaserDisc from OVER THIRTY FOUR years ago.
Another original offer from your team at MVR!
Description: The music video collection “Stray Tracks” was released in the UK exclusively on VHS and on LaserDisc in Japan only! It contained nine videos and it is interesting to note that the inclusion of “Race Is On” (Duet with Dave Edmunds) was omitted from future music video compilations and this is the ONLY collection that features that particularly RARE music video!
Also included is an exclusive interview from top UK DJ Andy Peebles. The interview was conducted at The Bain Douche, in Paris, France with all three Cats chatting and laughing in a relaxed atmosphere. The interview as a whole focuses on the making of the various music videos. Brian seemed the most serious and obvious leader of the band, Lee Rocker seemed quite and shy and Slim Jim spent most of the interview laughing. Brian sat in the middle, wearing a sleeveless denim shirt and a Harley Davidson Motorcycles cap, black jeans and pink and black striped socks. Slim Jim wore a white Elvis t-shirt and Lee wore a black Nudie type jacket with white piping. This EXCLUSIVE in-depth interview is interspersed in between and through out the music video collection and (like “The Race Is On” music video) can ONLY be found on this release.

Very well done! Love the rare interviews between the music videos. Never saw them before! Glad to add it to my DVD Stray Cats collection.
