Then each segment goes straight to the stand up routines for each of these legendary comedians featured in this series spanning selection.
Our lost greats are all here George Carlin (7 appearances), Richard Pryor (5 appearances), Garry Shandling, Rodney Dangerfield (2 appearances), David Brenner (5 appearances) and the gone too soon Freddie Prinze (first ever appearance). See the very earliest appearances from those who got their big break on The Tonight Show who still thrive today like Jerry Seinfeld, Richard Lewis along with Jay Leno and Paul Riser’s first appearances on the program.
