Description
Released exclusively on the long since discontinued and deleted formats of VHS, Betamax, Video 8, VHD and LaserDisc, the following has NEVER been released on DVD until NOW!
This REMASTERED DVD is sourced directly from the original high quality LaserDisc to DVD for the first time ever! Quality is unmatched as it transferred from the long since deleted LaserDisc from OVER THIRTY THREE years ago.
Background: The original release date was November 1990. This rare concert was issued on LaserDisc format only in US, UK and Japan. The VHS was also released in the US with separate releases throughout Europe in the PAL format. There was even a “Video-CD” format release of this rare concert from Spain.
Besides an expensive and now deleted box set that featured this concert on 2 separate DVDs for some odd reason; there are no other known releases of this concert in any other DVD formats in the world. This version contains the entire concert on ONE DVD. The rare USA release of the LaserDisc was sourced for the REMASTERING of this DVD. Still to this day, this vintage concert has NEVER been officially released as a singular DVD in ANY COUNTRY until NOW! So here, offered in the best possible quality, available for the first time ever is the REMASTERED from LaserDisc to DVD for all of you who love Ms. Tina!
Another original offer from your team at MVR!
Description: Tina gives out a great performance here with the help of her band, dancers, 3 costume changes, a suspended crane that goes 100 feet into the audience, and tons of fireworks and pirotechnics. Also, the stage presentation includes a massivee 30 step stair case. At the time Tina was fifty years old but you couldn’t tell if you looked with a microscope. Tina delivers an soulful Typical Male, a song which I think is not among her best, but in this video it shines. Also this is the last video, still available in the US, that has Let’s Stay Together.
This concert was filmed on 5th & 6th of October in 1990 at Olympic Stadium in Barcelona, Spain in front of 70,000 fans during the Foreign Affair: The Farewell Tour which broke records all over the world.
DVD Menu divides content as “Side 1” and “Side 2” to mimic the content style of the original LaserDisc
