The official release of “Foreign Skies” as it first appeared on VHS is what’s on the DVD. There is NO RELEASE that has all the songs in their entirety so we have that clear now. It is a documentary more than a live performance see below

LOVED this DVD! I actually still have my VHS copy that I purchased back in 1986 and it’s been many a years since I’ve been able to watch it… so of course, the day it got here – I had to immediately watch it! Such great memories! I also must say that the price was GREAT because taking my VHS copy to my local photography/camera store to have it put on a DVD was going to cost $30… provided that my tape was still good…. Bcuz lemme tell you – I have watched/played that thing maybe a thousand times in the last 36 years! MusicVideoResource is also the only place I’ve seen it offered on DVD. If you’re a big George Michael fan, then this DVD is also a “must have” for your collection. Most people don’t even realize that Wham! was the 1st Western Pop Band/Group to receive an invitation to perform in China. Not only does the DVD/Documentary give you a “Behind The Scenes” look regarding the tour, meeting with Chinese dignitaries, meeting fans, being taught Chinese culture (seeing Andrew Ridgeley receiving Pipa lessons), trying the local cuisine but also back stage footage and of course, the live performances. Nobody performs live like George Michael! Definitely a must have! I was quite shocked with the vast amount of George Michael/Wham goodies available on DVD at MusicVideoResource! I’m looking forward to replacing all the items that were lost due to a cruel ex-husband as well as adding to my collection. I honestly thought that I’d never be able to replace my lost mementos. I am now a new and loyal customer of MusicVideoResource. They have such a HUGE selection/DVD catalog! Plus their customer service is exemplary. Their prices are very reasonable too.
